The Xiaomi MI-3 photo and specifications surface online.The photo surfaced on a Chinese website along with a non official specssheet. These include a Snapdragon 800 chip, which is currently among the fastest smartphone SoCs , a 5-inch screen with 1080p resolution, a 13MP snapper is also said to be part of the set - presumably an Exmor RS camera made by Sony, and a beefy, 3000mAh battery.
In my opinion take this with a pinch of salt.
